Assist in planning and executing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns for clients within the Entertainment, Automotive, Insurance, Health, Wellness and Retail industries. Develop and evolve standards to enhance how PMG leverages and executes Paid Search across the customer journey. This role reports to the Senior Director of Search.


  • Work with stakeholders to help strategize and execute SEM campaigns across the major Search engines (Google, Bing, Amazon)
  • Proactively make campaign optimizations on an on-going basis
  • Manage daily, monthly and quarterly budgets
  • Create keyword lists and conduct ongoing keyword mining for new opportunities
  • Responsible for writing ad copy following industry best practices
  • Execute A/B tests, collect and analyze data to come up with valuable insights to be presented to clients
  • Audit landing pages used for SEM campaigns
  • Perform campaign audits for new business
  • Other duties as needed


This is an entry level position into the field of digital advertising, and may work on one or more accounts in a variety of categories, such as entertainment, technology, fitness, fashion, insurance, and non-profit.


  • Assisting Planner with the day-to-day management of the media plan, including buy recommendations, execution, details, budgets/accounting
  • Working with planner to compile RFPs and assisting with plan development.
  • Compile plan specifics under direction of Planner; run reach & frequency reports and preparing proposals.
  • Assisting in the development of analysis that leads to optimization recommendations
  • Maintaining an awareness of the digital landscape and a proactive approach to learning and studying trends and new developments.
  • Resolving billing discrepancies
  • Support and administrative duties as assigned.


The Sr Digital Media Planner plans, implements, and manages all facets of digital media for VIZIO, Pacific Life, and other boutique brands. This role allows for a wide variety of executional experience including, but not limited to, high-funnel endemic media, influencer/content-development, and native to lower-funnel data-based programs in social and programmatic channels.


  • Supervise and work alongside Planners, Assistant Planners, and Interns on the team and ensure their growth and development across all facets of the planning process.
  • Identification and management of partners to execute digital plans, including ongoing partner management and analysis.
  • Measure and analyze performance of all online marketing initiatives and develop strategies to test and optimize campaign efficiency and maximize channel ROI.
  • Employ quality assurance principles to ensure campaigns are launched and operating as planned
  • Stay abreast of new tools, trends, publishers, and best practices in the online media industry
  • Serve as day-to-day liaison between the client, creative agency, and the media community
  • Maintain status reports to ensure efficient workflow to meet deadlines and write reports of key meetings
  • Act as a key liaison with internal and external teams (strategy, creative) and digital counterparts to ensure seamless integration and deliverables are presented holistically to the client
