ASSISTANT DIGITAL MEDIA PLANNER - NETFLIX

The Assistant Digital Media Planner is an entry level position responsible for assisting the Digital Planner on NETFLIX with the day-to-day management of the media plan, including buy recommendations, execution, details, budgets and accounting details.

Responsibilities

  • Working with planner to compile RFPs and assisting with plan development.
  • Compile plan specifics under direction of Planner; run reach & frequency reports and preparing proposals.
  • Assist Planner with idea development and RFPs
  • Assisting in the development of analysis that leads to optimization recommendations
  • Maintaining an awareness of the digital landscape and a proactive approach to learning and studying trends and new developments.
  • Resolving billing discrepancies
  • Support and administrative duties as assigned.

MEDIA ANALYST

This position serves as the day-to-day Media Analyst for the Mercury Insurance and Arlo media accounts and reports into the 005 (Palisades Business Intelligence Division) Director. This role manages Tableau dashboards, API connections, and performance insights and works closely with discipline experts across the Digital and Strategy teams to formulate these reports. Additionally, there will be opportunities to support 005 department initiatives and other accounts for continued professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute measurement strategies for media programs including but not limited to digital, video (TV, OTT, streaming and social video) strategy and distribution, content partnerships, client data, external studies, internal modeling, and more
  • Manage data ETL from various sources (Google Campaign Manager, Social Platforms, Website Analytics, Billing systems, etc.), validate reports, and publish through established visualizations
  • Develop reports and articulate insights to internal teams
  • Ensure that client-facing and internal reporting is maintained in an accurate fashion
  • Formulate reports from business intelligence platforms, and consumer insights and social listening tools
  • Work closely with team members to keep the agency on the cutting edge of data tools, process, and technology
