Entry level career opportunity in Marketing / Advertising focusing on the curation, analysis and purchase of nationally distributed / commercially supported “video” content. The training provided positions successful candidates to ultimately serve as agency / industry experts in the selection, justification and application of commercially supported national video content to the development of “targeted” marketing campaigns for represented clients.

Successful candidates should be organized, outgoing, inquisitive and comfortable with change. A heightened Interest in all forms of commercially supported Broadcast, Cable and Broadband programming is a must. Prior agency experience with media math, or an applicable academic parallel, a plus. Excellent written and verbal skills, and a high level of confidence with basic math, are imperative.


Data management

  • Input Network, Syndication, Cable & Broadband schedules and check against contracts/plans
  • Uncover, investigate and resolve schedule and billing discrepancies with vendors
  • Track and post (post campaign review /analysis) of all inventory
  • Monitor commercial announcement locations and times

Group / Department Coordination

  • Collect Trade information: media kits, media costs, syndicated research and competitive analysis
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external meetings, conferences, and project team activities
  • Manage administrative duties of all media plans/projects on a daily and monthly basis
  • Creating and issuing overnight rating reports


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Solid internship background or some working experience in advertising/marketing is preferred
  • Track record of success throughout college career and previous employment
  • Proficient at Excel, Power Point and Word
  • Self-motivated, cooperative and flexible
  • Able to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
  • Detail oriented and organizational skills a must
  • Develop working relationships internally across departments and externally with network counterparts


  • Bachelor’s Degree or concentration in advertising, marketing, business admin and communications preferred
