The Assistant Strategist supports the strategy and account team across planning, buying and account management. This position also helps facilitate campaign execution and deliverables.


  • Assisting planning groups in evaluation of media proposals
  • Assisting planning groups in development of media recommendations
  • Generating competitive research and analytical reports for clients
  • Trafficking assets to appropriate parties to implement campaigns
  • Providing QA for clients throughout the duration of individual campaigns
  • Reporting results of completed media plans
  • Managing billing and invoicing process and resolving discrepancies
  • Tracking advertising placements
  • Coordinating client deliverables across internal and agency partner teams


  • Agency experience in media or account service highly desired.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with budgets and numbers; highly detailed
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Knowledge of media tools (Nielsen, comScore, and/or AdScope) desired, but not required


  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience (1-2 years)
