Assist in planning and executing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns for clients within the Entertainment, Automotive, Insurance, Health and Fitness industries. Develop and evolve standards to enhance how PMG leverages and executes Search across the consumer journey.


  • Work with stakeholders to help strategize and execute SEM campaigns across the major Search Engines (Google, Bing, Amazon, etc.)
  • Collect and analyze data to come up with valuable insights to help guide optimizations
  • Proactively make campaign optimizations on an on-going basis
  • Monitor daily, monthly and quarterly budgets
  • Prepare and present reports regularly
  • Create keyword lists and conduct ongoing keyword mining for new opportunities
  • Assist in writing ad copy, POVs and SOPs following industry best practices
  • Audit landing pages used for SEM campaigns
  • Handle other duties as assigned by direct Supervisor


  • Superior Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Superb written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and work within firm deadlines
  • The ability to function equally well independently as well as part of a team and the flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Internship experience working in an Agency setting or similar client service environment
  • Google and Bing certifications
  • SEO knowledge


  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance, Math, Statistics, Economics, Marketing or equivalent
