Help lead and define Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies for clients within the Technology, Insurance, Health and Retail industries. Help to establish and evolve standards to optimize how PMG leverages and executes Paid Search across the customer journey. This role reports to the Senior Director of Search.


  • Work with stakeholders to help strategize and execute SEM campaigns
  • Responsible for the execution and ongoing management of Google, YouTube and Bing campaigns
  • Proactively make campaign and keyword optimization changes as needed
  • Conduct daily and monthly budget management
  • QA campaigns before launching
  • Responsible for writing PPC copy, ads and extensions using best practice methods
  • Develop keyword lists
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights
  • Track, report, and analyze analytics within PPC and YouTube initiatives and campaigns
  • Conduct competitive research using auction insights
  • Present insights to team members and clients
  • Build and develop keyword expansions
  • Assess landing pages used in search engine marketing campaigns
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, and show strong attention to detail
  • Other duties as needed


  • Must be Adwords Certified
  • 1 to 3 years SEM experience managing PPC campaigns
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Must have experience with Search (Google and Bing), YouTube, and Google Display campaigns
  • Experience with PLA and Mobile CTC campaigns a plus
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM
  • Command of Excel for analysis and reporting
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and work within firm deadlines
  • Keen attention to detail is a must
  • Experience with website analytics tools a plus (e.g, Google Analytics)


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
