This position will work directly with the Digital team and interact with all strategy and client teams in the development and implementation of client social media initiatives.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serves as social media account lead for several clients across numerous verticals
  • Identifies new platform and Social channel opportunities (e.g. betas, targeting, best practices) and insight into client/agency path to implementation

  • Owns assigned hot topics and areas of excellence within social media and can speak to them with authority both in and out of the organization
  • Hands-on experience in online advertising and have directly managed a high volume of Paid social buys (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest
  • Delivers on the following day-to-day Social Media & Relationship Marketing campaign deliverables:
    • Brainstorming and strategy development
    • Generating recommendations and proposals
    • Pitching to colleagues and clients
    • Communicating to key partners, vendors and other agencies
    • Develop set-up process, including testing methodology, reporting/analysis requirements, optimization requirements for all campaigns to ensure optimal performance
    • Lead the monitoring, reporting and analysis of campaign performance and proactively communicate to agency team members and clients’ optimization recommendations
    • Assist in buy management from strategy formulation, campaign set-up, tracking, optimization, reporting and billing
    • Provide oversight of campaign set-up, pacing and optimization to ensure best practices and account goals are being properly executed
    • Managing timelines, action logs and related process documents
    • Crafting and reviewing reports and final campaign analysis
    • Speaking to successes and learnings
    • Facilitate direct report(s) platform, social strategy and process development
  • Educates clients and colleagues through topical presentations and learning modules
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information for clients and account teams
  • Researches and stays up to date of all social media trends, platforms, developments, vendors
  • Pushes all partners to enhance earned media optimization and measurement approaches
  • Strong POV on how to allocate budget and investment levels across social channels and tactics
  • Manages client owned social communities as required


  • A minimum of 3 years previous work experience in a social media marketing capacity.
  • Solid communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • An understanding of media planning functions & digital landscape
  • Facebook Blueprint and Twitter Flight School preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of the social media ecosystem and how insights, paid, earned and owned social media inform, involve and amplify one another
  • Willingness to experiment in social media on behalf of our clients
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and learn quickly
  • Self-starter; takes initiative; and ability to work independently and as part of a team
